Apostrophe Travel Agency Services

• All reservations must be cancelled within 7 days to receive a full refund back to the original payment method. Beginning on the 8th day, refunds will only be issued in the from of an Apostrophe Travel Agency voucher. Cancellations occurring within 30 days of travel commencing, are eligible for a fee, less a 25% cancellation fee.

Other Travel Services (Suppliers & Partners)

• All reservations include a 24-hour refund/cancellation grace period. Refunds/cancellations issued beyond this point are subject to supplier/partner terms and conditions.

Quote Validity

• Quoted invoices are valid for the date of issuance; and it is recommended that payment be made as soon as possible as our travel supplier / partner's prices are subject to change. Typically, suppliers adjust pricing overnight, however some suppliers adjust prices throughout the day.

• In the event that pricing changes, a new invoice will be sent to collect the difference in price.
