Our Policies

Apostrophe Travel Agency Services

  • Apostrophe Travel Agency services provided, procured and managed by us; such as Curated Services.

    • All reservations must be cancelled within 7 days of booking to receive a full refund back to the original payment method. Beginning on the 8th day, refunds will only be issued in the from of an Apostrophe Travel Agency voucher. Cancellations occurring within 90 days of travel commencing are subject to a 50% penalty.

  • Apostrophe Flex allows travelers to book now, and pay for their trip in installments before they travel. Apostrophe Flex supports bi-weekly and monthly installments.

    • Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee per installment payment received 5 days late, which may accrue with each installment.

    • In the event of a default of installment payments, Apostrophe Travel Agency is not required to refund or credit any previously made payments.

  • Apostrophe Savings Finder is a savings finder program analyzes your booking requirements, and actively searches for and applies the lowest rates.

    • In order to be eligible, you must ensure your booking is paid in full. We will price match up until the week before your trip, and negotiate with our suppliers on refunds/changes and pass savings on to you in the form of an Apostrophe Travel Agency credit. 

Other Travel Services (Suppliers & Partners)

  • Standard Bookings

    • All reservations include a 24-hour refund/cancellation grace period. Refunds/cancellations issued beyond this point are subject to supplier/partner terms and conditions.

Quote Validity

  • Quoted invoices are valid for the date of issuance; and it is recommended that payment be made as soon as possible as our travel supplier / partner's prices are subject to change. Typically, suppliers adjust pricing overnight, however some suppliers adjust prices throughout the day. In the event that pricing changes, a new invoice will be sent to collect the difference in price.

External Handling

  • External handling occurs when an existing reservation is either taken over from an original owner or managed by a third-party. Apostrophe Travel Agency takes pride in being able to offer the best experience to its customers, and therefor prohibits any external handling, as this can often complicate the travel experience, and itinerary management. 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds will typically, take up to 20 business days, as refunds must be processed by our suppliers per their established SLAs and  channels of support. We are unable to expedite these requests, as they are managed outside of Apostrophe Travel Agency.

Failure to Pay & Disputes

  • Apostrophe Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel the itineraries/reservations in the event that the balance is not paid in full (default), or the balance is in dispute, or is in the process of being disputed with the customer's financial institution. We are unable to service customers or travelers until invoice balances have been settled.

Termination of Business Relationship

  • Apostrophe Travel Agency reserves the right to terminate the business relationship with any customer that knowingly and willingly violates terms and conditions, policies, or defrauds the business and its partners/suppliers.
