Apostrophe Travel Agency Policies Explained

Quote Validity

Quoted invoices are valid for the date of issuance; and it is recommended that payment be made as soon as possible as our travel supplier / partner's prices are subject to change. Typically, suppliers adjust pricing overnight, however some suppliers adjust prices throughout the day. In the event that pricing changes, a new invoice will be sent to collect the difference in price.

External Handling

External handling occurs when an existing reservation is either taken over from an original owner or managing third-party by another entity. Apostrophe Travel Agency takes pride in being able to offer the best experience to its customers, and therefor prohibits any external handling, as this can often complicate the travel experience, and itinerary management.

Cancellations & Refunds

 

We accept requests for cancellation/refund in writing at help@apostrophetravel.agency.


All reservations include a 24-hour refund/cancellation grace period if booked more than 7 days prior to travel commencing. Refunds and cancellations requested beyond this point are subject to supplier/operator terms and conditions and processing timelines; which may exceed 30 days. We are unable to expedite these requests, as they are managed outside of Apostrophe Travel Agency. We are not liable for supplier or operator service quality, policies or terms and conditions; therefor we are unable to offer any compensation for disputes that may arise.

Curated Services & Experiences supplied and operated by Apostrophe Travel Agency must be cancelled within 7 days of booking to receive a full refund back to the original payment method. Beginning on the 8th day, refunds will only be issued in the from of an Apostrophe Travel Agency voucher. Cancellations occurring within 90 days of travel commencing are subject to a 50% penalty.

Failure to Pay & Disputes

Apostrophe Travel Agency reserves the right to cancel the itineraries/reservations in the event that the balance is not paid in full (default), or the balance is in dispute, or is in the process of being disputed with the customer's financial institution. We are unable to service customers or travelers until invoice balances have been settled.

Termination of Business Relationship

Apostrophe Travel Agency reserves the right to terminate the business relationship with any customer that knowingly and willingly violates terms and conditions, policies, or defrauds the business and its suppliers and operators.
